Completion of our intake forms and a $65 deposit are required before we are able to schedule an appointment. If you have questions, please give our office a call. If your pet is sick or injured, please do not wait to establish care via this online form. Call our reception team at 410-437-7514 option 1 so they can triage you over the phone and get your pet immediate assistance. If we are not open and your pet is having a medical emergency, please call an emergency veterinarian immediately.
